I've only had a couple of small issues with Commerce Sync during the several years I've been with them, and the issues were generally due to QB updates that didn't account for integration apps. I've received prompt call-backs and personalized service. David has done a great job at figuring out the issue and giving me quick answers. He has walked me through the solutions and stayed on the phone until my problems were resolved. Great job!
