Question: Which accounting solutions are supported?Answer: QuickBooks Online (Simple Start, Essentials and Plus), QuickBooks for Desktop (Pro, Premier and Enterprise) and Xero.
Question: Do you support QuickBooks Desktop 2015 or prior?Answer: We do not officially support QuickBooks Desktop 2015 and prior, because Intuit (the maker of QuickBooks) does not officially support that and previous versions. That said, Commerce Sync has worked well with versions as far back as 2008, but we cannot guarantee service for officially unsupported versions of QuickBooks.
Question: Why don’t you support Harmonized Sales (HST) and Goods and Services (GST) Taxes yet?Answer: Clover is only supporting Clover Flex and the Payments Plus plan in Canada to start, which means sales tax and other information is not available to us yet. Once the Register and Register Lite plans are supported - along with premium devices such as Station 2018 - Commerce Sync will support HST / GST and other valuable features.

Question: When will I be billed?Answer: Billing begins at the end of your free trial period. It is included on your monthly Clover statement.
