Employee Spotlight: David Powers, Customer Support

What do you do at Commerce Sync?

I work in customer support and help make sure that our customers questions are being answered in a timely manner. Things can get a bit crazy, from emails to phone calls to conversing through chat, but I love helping our customers troubleshoot or resolve an issue.

What is your favorite thing about working here?

I definitely like being part of a start-up. We all work hard towards the same goal and it’s amazing how cohesive our team is.

Tell us something unique about yourself.

About ten years ago I had one of my poems published in a book that was a compilation of various authors.

Spotify

What would you sing at karaoke night?

I don’t know if I could narrow it down to just one song, so would probably do a medley of 80’s hits.

What’s the best vacation you’ve ever been on?

My best vacation was when some friends and I went camping in Yosemite for a week. We were doing lots of hiking and decided to take a black diamond hike on a whim. Once we got to the top, we were shocked to find a crystal clear lake with a huge limestone slab and about 100 people sunbathing. It was fantastic!
