Employee Spotlight: Rozlynn White, Customer Experience Manager

Meet Rozlynn White, Customer Service Manager at IP Commerce.


What do you do at IP Commerce?

I manage our customer’s experience to make sure that everything runs smooth – from the time they install through helping them set up any custom requests. I created our Help Center and work with the team on creating articles, so customers can find the answers they need, no matter where they are in the process. It’s also my job to identify any issues that may come up once customers are activated with Commerce Sync and assist them in troubleshooting.

What is your favorite thing about working here?

Everyone on the team is incredibly smart and I have the pleasure to work side-by-side with them.

Tell us something unique about yourself.

I was a carpenter in the Civil Engineering Squadron for the Air Force for four years. I spent the majority of my time based in Germany.

What’s your favorite Denver neighborhood?

Capitol Hill - It’s right in the middle of everything. I have some great memories from when I lived in that neighborhood.

Which mobile app do you use the most?

Audible is one of my favorite apps, especially since I ride the bus to work each day. I can pick one book a month and really like books that are part of a series, like Game of Thrones and Outlander.

What would you sing at karaoke night?

I would sing something punk rock – probably from NOFX.

What’s the best vacation you’ve ever been on?

My best vacation has definitely been Yellowstone. We entered the park through Jackson, and experienced a ton – we camped and stayed in hotels, we got massages and then drove on the road with buffaloes walking past us. It was an all-around amazing experience!
